Registration 

To bid on our auctions you must register for an auction membership. You must be 18 years of age and have a valid credit card to register. Memberships are free. 

Payment 

All items won at our auction must be paid for within 2 business days. If after 2 business days, there is any outstanding balance your account will be suspended. All items will be charged HST. No buyers’ fees will be charged in our auctions. 

Pick up 

All items will be picked up at Wilsons Home Store, 205 Commercial Street, Berwick, NS, B0P-1E0, 902-538-3600. 

Operating Hours; Monday - Sat 10am to 4pm.  Items must be picked up within 2 weeks after the auction closing date. If after 2 weeks items have been neglected, you will be charged a storage fee, we do not have the room to hold or store items. 

Shipping 

All items will be picked up at Wilsons Home Store, 205 Commercial Street, Berwick, NS, B0P-1E0, 902-538-3600. 

 We do not offer shipping options. You can make your own shipping arrangements, and we will be happy to prepare for your courier. 

Refunds 

You have 14 days to claim defective purchases after auction closes, if items are not returned during this period they will not be accepted. 

Auction Items  

You will be bidding on brand new inspected Wayfair and Amazon open box online returns unless stated otherwise. If an item is damaged, missing parts, or scratch & dent it will be noted. 

Pallet lots, (uninspected) may be available for resellers, these are sold as they are with no returns. We will load these on your pickup truck with our forklift at no charge, or you can hand load on your own.
